Rehab Admission

The process is simple and kept under wraps

You will find a warm and friendly welcome on your admission to our clinic for treatment. Although admissions must be booked in advance, in most events we can assist with a new admission within a day of placing the booking.

Health professionals, family, friends and even the clients themselves can give referrals with the assurance that they will be accepted. We will ensure that our team is ready to receive you once the booking is confirmed.

We'll introduce you to the clinical team on arriving at our clinic and will show you around so that you can acquaint yourself with the layout of the facility. You'll be given a welcome pack that will give an explanation of everything you're required to know regarding your stay at the Sanctuary Lodge and a roster of the therapy sessions. Please contact us if you unable to travel to our clinic by yourself.

When You Get Admitted - Your First Day

We will arrange for you to see our detox specialist psychiatrist during your first 24 hours with us.

During this visit a complete evaluation of your mental and medical treatment requirements will be conducted. A full detox regimen will be prescribed if required. This detoxification will then be directed and supervised under rigid official procedures by our healthcare experts.

Please don't forget to bring along any meds that you have possibly been taking and provide us the particulars of your doctor's health centre.

A psychiatrist will call attention to any aspects of your treatment that need expert attention and make suggestions. We will make sure that any suggestion or recommendation is factored into your treatment plan because it is of utmost importance to us that your treatment needs are fully met during your stay at the facility. Then our counsellors, clinical director, and medical staff will continually review your treatment plan, ensuring that you are getting the best care possible at all times.

Our friendly staff will then help you settle in once your assessment has been completed. Our staff are always available to offer reassurance, give advice and help in all matters especially because we recognize that this is a trying and worrisome time for most people.
