Our Vision

Adfam is UK based charity organisation with a goal to make life easier for families of drug or alcohol addicts. Here at Adfam, we desire to provide help for persons influenced by someone else's alcohol or drug abuse, and also give them a chance to be a part of a supportive community and to enjoy mental and bodily well being.


Alcohol and drug abuse can endanger and eventually ruin family relations and harmony.


Our Mission

We support frontline workers and influence decision-makers to stop this happening and also we empower family member and careers.


What We Value

We listen to families and workers in order to help We know and understand that the people who face challenges often also have answers . But it's not only support; this program informs and educates family members over devastating effects and how to take a stand in support of drug and alcohol addiction reduction in homes and workplace. We develop abilities, resources, trust and pathways so both groups can assist themselves, their friends, clients and communities.


We're Driven By What Works

Substance use has a very significant but varied effect on family members. Our approach of work with care and close regard which works in the whole world. We accept evidence regardless of how different it might be, paying equal attention to both practical evidence and official research data in order to do this. We listen to our peers, supporters and friends and we base our work on their advice.


We're Not Kidding About Our Main Goal

We take our work as well as our partnerships very seriously and are dedicated to delivering results of the greatest quality. We recognise that injustice and discrimination are the biggest threats towards individual and family recovery from drug and alcohol abuse. We advocate for just society of individuals with equal rights and opportunities regardless of their drug or alcohol orientation to make a contribution using individual potential towards nation building activities through collective participation.


Who We Work With

  • Family members, friends and carers - We make sure that those affected by somebody else's substance abuse have their opinions heard and we encourage them and inform them.
  • Frontline Workers - We wanted to ensure the support the experts are convey is compelling and suitable as we construct the confidence, limit and ability of experts.
  • Decision- Architects. In order to shape policy and ensure they understand the families issues we work with everyday, we engage and influence key national and local decision-makers.
